I love Scott’s books, things are never as they first seem. A young boy arrives at a group home for children where strange experiments are being conducted on the children and it would appear the ghosts of former residents of the home are being affected as well.
Troubled is an excellent title for this story and yet is something of an understatement. The children are troubled as well as those poor ghosts. There is a secret organization called the “Trust” as well a seriously mad scientist.
I don’t want to give away any details, but I will tell you this. Troubled will keep you on the edge of your seat waiting to see how it will all play out.
