Bobo the Blenderbug gets a paint job!

I have finished the 2nd tutorial in my Bobo the Blenderbug tutorial series. In this tutorial I show you how to start with a basic material and then expand on that material to create a custom look.

The first several tutorials of the Bobo the Blenderbug series start out rather basic, but expect the topics get get more advanced as the series progresses.

If you are not interested in the tutorials themselves, but would like to play with the blend files, you are free to download the resource package. Each resource package contains a finished blend file, full size screen shots for the tutorial (they seem to get a little too small for really clear reading when viewed online) and any reference images that are used for that tutorial.

There are no restrictions for usage of the Blend files or tutorials. I should go look up the appropriate CC license, but that seems like too much effort. Just have fun with them, and if you want, send me a link showing what you have done with them.
